Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). ** Please see exclusions for refunds below
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks after you mail the item back. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. For an faster response, please click the facebook link and send us a message via private message. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
**Any item that is destroyed due to your pet scratching themselves excessively is not the result of poorly made products. Some pets will scratch at a collar and rip the decorative ribbon. These damages are not included in our return policy.
Chewing off a buckle on a harness or collar is also not covered under our return policy.
Shipping
Orders are normally shipped the same day the order is received, or the next business day. A tracking number is available for all orders sent out. Please Understand that once we mail out your order, the time frame of delivery is solely the responsibility of the USPS. Every order is handmade and is started as soon as the order is received or the next business day. Orders may arrive to their destination up to 10 business days.
